It was a pleasure meeting you at the Inagural Concert on September 12th at Westminster Abbey in Mission, on the occasion of the premiere performance of your new transcription of Dvorak's "Five Biblical Songs" which you dedicated to the memory of our son Terry.

It will always be a source of great pride for us that someone of your high stature in music has chosen to honour our son in such a lasting way.

We would like to thank you for the copy of your composition. We will be sending "Five Biblical Songs" to the Terry Fox Library (now under construction) in Port Coquitlam, where it will be added to other works of art dedicated to the memory of Terry.

Your donation of the royalties from future performances of "Five Biblical Songs" to the Marathon of Hope Fund at the Canadian Cancer Society is a most generous gesture.
