Toronto Czech Official Named on I.L.O. Body
Richard Morawetz, of 424 Rosemary rd., who represented the Czechoslovakian
Government in exile at the International Labor Office conference in Philadelphia
last week, was appointed to the eight-man employer's governing body of the
I.L.O.
Mr. Morawetz was chairman of the syndicate of Czechoslovakian Textile Industries
in pre-war days and has made his residence in Toronto since the outbreak of the
war. He represented his country as the employer delegate twice previously - at
Washington in 1937 and at New York in 1942.
